Meet Kody — Marine Veteran, Local Epoxy Expert
Kody brings Marine Corps discipline to every epoxy flooring project in San Antonio. A veteran with hands-on experience since 2018, he's built a reputation across Bexar County for honest quotes, meticulous prep work, and floors that hold up to Texas heat. Kody and his team specialize in epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative concrete coatings for residential and commercial properties — backed by a 15-year warranty on flaked epoxy installations.
As part of the Ascent Epoxy network, Kody serves the greater San Antonio metropolitan area including New Braunfels, Boerne, Schertz, and the Hill Country corridor. His team offers a 10% military and first responder discount — because supporting the community that shaped him is how Kody does business.
We understand San Antonio's expansive clay soil and what it means for your concrete. We know that 122 days of 100°F heat demands UV-stable topcoats. We check every slab for post-tension cables before diamond grinding. This isn't template knowledge — it's experience earned on San Antonio job sites.
What We Stand For
The principles behind every floor we install in San Antonio.
Local Expertise
We understand San Antonio's expansive clay soil, post-tension slabs, and what 122 days of 100°F heat means for your floor. Unlike national franchises running a template, our team has worked across Stone Oak, Alamo Ranch, Alamo Heights, the Medical Center, and military communities near JBSA. We know the soil, the climate, and the neighborhoods.
Quality Materials
We use professional-grade epoxy systems engineered for high-humidity environments — never consumer-grade DIY kits. Our coatings, primers, and topcoats are selected specifically for performance in Texas's demanding conditions.
Free On-Site Estimates
We measure your space, look at the slab, and talk through finishes, then give you an exact price with no obligation. No bait-and-switch quotes, no hidden fees, and no surprise costs after work begins. See our cost guide.
Guaranteed Work
Every installation comes with a written warranty that spells out exactly what is covered, what is not, and how to file a claim. Clear terms, no fine print, and a local team that stands behind the work.
Years of hands-on experience coating floors across the area. Deep knowledge of local concrete conditions. A crew that lives and works right here in San Antonio. When you hire Ascent Epoxy, this is the team that shows up.
Customer service guarantee, consistent communication standards, free on-site estimates, and a quality accountability framework. Every partner location is held to the same bar.
You get both — national brand standards and a local team that knows your slab.
"I hired Ascent Epoxy San Antonio to redo my garage and I'm impressed. They showed up on time, walked me through each step, and delivered a beautiful, high-gloss floor that's holding up really well under daily wear."
